I believe therapy is a space to better understand yourself, feel more grounded, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and self-compassion. I enjoy supporting clients through concerns related to identity, emotional regulation, life transitions, perfectionism, family dynamics, and intergenerational trauma, while helping them make sense of the patterns that shape their experiences.

I completed a double major in Mental Health Studies and Cultural Anthropology at the University of Toronto before earning my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. My background in anthropology has given me a deep appreciation for the ways culture, relationships, and lived experiences shape our identities, perspectives, and overall well-being.

I take a collaborative, client-centred approach, recognizing that each person's experiences and goals are unique. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy, I tailor each session to meet your individual needs. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself, exploring what matters most to you, and working toward meaningful, lasting change.
